Kemseal SF

Kemseal SF is a two-component, cementitious, flexible, polymer-modified waterproofing system for concrete and masonry. Kemseal SF has a unique blend of selected cement, fillers, and additives supplied in powder form (Part A), together with a semi-flexible polymer in liquid form (Part B). The polymer liquid is specially designed to provide semi-flexibility when mixed and applied to concrete or masonry, resulting in a coating with high elongation that is compatible with the thermal expansion of concrete. The material can be manufactured based on sulfate-resistant cement. The material complies with ASTM C942, C580, C1042, D4541, C307, C109, C348, C321, and C1305. Kemseal SF can be reinforced with Fibermesh to enhance tensile properties and crack-bridging ability. Kemseal SF is approved by the National Organization for Potable Water & Sanitary Drainage for drinking water and sewerage applications.
