Kemseal BR11 is a one-component, thixotropic, cementitious, polymer-modified structural waterproof protective coating for concrete and masonry. Kemseal BR11 has a unique blend of selected organic and inorganic compounds that combine to form a free-flowing waterproof coating. It is a waterproofing layer for finishing concrete and masonry, providing excellent positive or negative waterproofing.

The material can be manufactured based on sulphate-resistant cement Type V.
