Bonding Agents

Kemlatex SBR

Kemlatex SBR is a styrene-butadiene resin that improves the properties of cementitious mixes. After appropriate dilution with water, the resulting liquid can be used to adjust the cementitious mix to the desired consistency. A reduced water/cement ratio results in superior mechanical properties and improved resistance to moisture ingress. It also increases water resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, flexural strength, and tensile strength.

Standards: Complies with ASTM C1059 Type II, ASTM C882, ASTM D2834, ASTM E313, and ANSI A108.02.
