Kemgrout HD/F

KemGrout HD/F is a pourable, cement-based, non-shrink hydraulic compound specially formulated for heavy-duty support under machine base plates, cranes, rails, etc. The material is a blend of Portland cement, pre-graded fillers, fibers, and additives that provide controlled expansion in the plastic state while minimizing water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. The filler grading is designed to promote uniform mixing and minimize segregation and bleeding. The fibers reduce shrinkage, increase strength and energy absorption, reduce spalling at high temperatures, and increase fire resistance. **Standards:** Complies with ASTM C1107 Grade B or C and CRD-C621. **Thickness:** Min. 10 mm / Max. 75 mm
