Kemfloor VC is a one-component floor screed based on special cement, hard-wearing graded aggregates, mineral additives, and admixtures. When mixed with water, it produces a micro-concrete that is ready to be applied over properly prepared existing concrete floors in a single application. After hardening, the surface may be ground to expose the aggregates and achieve a smooth, shiny, and easy-to-clean finish. It complies with BS EN 13813 and BS EN 1097-5.
